Also, he was extremely proud of being an award-winning golfer at a pro-am tournament in California. He loved sports, especially the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs teams, and coached his children in their younger years in basketball and soccer. Steven was an avid traveler who visited more than 45 countries and 48 states.

Finally, Steven’s greatest achievement was as a loving husband, father, and son. Steven is survived by his wife, Lisa (Stephenson) Skinner; sons, Andrew and Joey Skinner; and daughter, Sarah Skinner, all of Atlanta. He is also survived by his parents, Lyle and Frances Skinner of Hampton, Virginia, and formerly of Monmouth; and siblings, sisters Jacqueline (Maurice) Jackson of Silver Spring, Maryland, Marlise (Alex) Lawrence of Richmond, Virginia, and Cheryl (Kenny) Rolon of Hampton, Virginia, and brother Andre Skinner (Kay) of Akron, Ohio.
