Volunteer Leader Summit 2024

Over 100 chapter, parent club and SIG presidents gathered at the Fluegel Alumni Center on 14-15 April to network with peers, share best practices, hear from Yard and Alumni Association leadership, and more. Sessions included:

• Hands-on myUSNA session to increase adoption and utilization of this powerful platform
• Updates on the new programs and services provided by the Alumni Association
• Launch of the new chapter, parent club and SIG leader handbooks
• Breakout session with Bruce Latta, Dean of Admissions
• Breakout panel discussion on building momentum and collaboration
• Breakout on the alumni support service roadmap and the new merchandise strategy
• Remarks from the Supe and Dant

With the tools provided and the conversations shared, these leaders returned to their groups energized and empowered to do more to connect, communicate and support their groups, their fellow alumni, parents, and community.
