Capt. Clifford Marshall Rigsbee, USNA Class of '51 sailed into port for the last time 10/16/18.
Born in Indianapolis, IN to Clifford Merle & Kathleen Rigsbee.
Survived by wife of 43 years, Dr. Libra J. Gysel, brothers John, Jim, Dick & Bob. He had 6 sons Cliff, Chuck, Clark, Carter, Thane & Gaen. Grandchildren Cliff MacArthur Rigsbee, Amy & Lonnie. Sailor, pilot, & actor extraordinaire, the Skipper was 89.
Celebration of Life tbd at Fleet Landing 12/18.
