Keith Alan Tibbits (May 12, 1954 – Sep 14, 2018 (Age 64))
Keith was born on May 12, 1954 and passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018. Keith was a resident of Lewiston, Michigan at the time of passing. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan on May 12, 1954, the son of Keith and Jean (Kulow) Tibbits, Sr., and graduated there in 1972 from Douglas MacArthur High School. Keith attended the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, where he earned his wings as a Marines helicopter pilot (call sign: Hoss). Additional memorial services are planned for Keith in Texas in October and at the United States Naval Academy in 2019. In lieu of flowers, Keith and his family have requested that charitable donations please be made in his honor to one of the two following organizations: the Michigan Marine Corps League Auxiliary (Contact: Sandy Van Tol, Treasurer, 989-225-4583) or to Heroes on the Water--Dallas/Ft.
