Bruce Gordon Krum, 76, of Mooresville, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at CHS-University in Charlotte.
He was born on December 1, 1941 in Monticello, NY, to the late Gordon Sumner Krum and Elizabeth Nesbit Krum. Mr. Krum was a veteran of the US Navy. He graduated from the US Naval Academy and received his Master's degree from the University of Buffalo. He attended Williamson's Chapel United Methodist Church in Mooresville.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ann King Krum; son, Peter Krum and wife, Amy, daughter, Leslie Crane and husband, Mark; sister, Judith Boyer; and grandchildren, Savannah, Bennett, and Will.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 25 from 1:00-2:00 PM with a service following at 2:00 PM at Williamson's Chapel United Methodist Church. Military honors will follow the service.
