This annual event is designed for parents and provides valuable insights and recommendations related to Commissioning Week* events. The Expo portion of the event will offer parents the chance to explore the many opportunities and support networks available to midshipmen after graduation. It’s also an excellent opportunity to meet with local vendors who can assist in planning your Commissioning Week events and gifts. Additionally, sponsors and local vendors will be selling merchandise and offering exciting giveaways and raffle prizes during the Expo.

1/C Class Graduation Parents of Midshipmen & Commissioning Week 2026
Expo will be held at the Fluegel Alumni Center, Annapolis, MD.
Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, 14 February
• Time: Expo: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET; presentations: 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
• Cost: $10 pp Alumni Association & Foundation members; $15 pp non-members; free for midshipmen
Please select the session time you wish to attend (9:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.) when you register. We ask that you plan to attend the session you signed up for to ensure proper accommodations for all attendees and to comply with room capacity limits.
What to Expect:
Attend our Vendor Expo, meet local vendors, caterers, and service providers to help you plan every detail. You’ll find graduation gifts and keepsakes your midshipmen will treasure, plus raffles and giveaways throughout the day. Please register in advance and select either the 9:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. session.
Important Notes:
• Expo is open and free to all 1/C and 2/C midshipmen.
• Presentations are reserved for parents/families.
• Presentations will be recorded and posted to our parent pages after the event.
• Parents of 3/C and 4/C parents should not register yet to prioritize parents of 1/C and 2/C.
• Registration for parents of 3/C and 4/C opens two weeks before the event on 31 January.
