10:45 a.m. – 2025 DGAs attend 4th period class with their running mates
12:05 p.m. – 2025 DGAs lunch in King Hall
12:40 p.m. – Moderated engagement with midshipmen (invitation-only)
2:00 p.m. - 2025 DGA group interview in Bryant Room, Alumni Hall
3:00 p.m. - 2025 DGA parade review pre-brief in Bryant Room, Alumni Hall
4:00 p.m. - Parachutists land/silent drill, Worden Field
4:20 p.m. - 2025 DGAs review afternoon parade, Worden Field

3:30 p.m. (Kickoff) – 2025 DGAs On-field recognition vs UAB
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
The DGA medal ceremony will be held at Alumni Hall, USNA at 4:30 p.m. on Thu 4 Sep. Guests are requested to be seated by 4:15 p.m. The banquet dinner to follow is invitation-only and will be held at the Fluegel Alumni Center. Guests attending the ceremony only are encouraged to park at the old NEX parking lot at NSA Annapolis, 38 Kinkaid Road, Annapolis 21402. Guests attending the banquet dinner can park at the Fluegel Alumni Center, 301 King George Street, Annapolis 21402. Shuttle buses will begin transporting guests to Alumni Hall at 3 p.m. on Thu 4 Sep from the NEX lot and from the FAC. Shuttle buses will return guests to the appropriate lot following the ceremony.

FAQs
Who can attend the Distinguished Graduate Award ceremony and banquet dinner?
• The ceremony is open to all classmates of honorees, honoree guests and family members, USNA faculty and staff, and the Brigade of Midshipmen.
• The DGA banquet dinner is invitation-only.
What is the cost to attend DGA events?
• The ceremony and banquet dinner are complimentary.
• Game tickets are required to attend the football game versus UAB through
NAAA.
• Pedestrian entry onto the Naval Academy for the DGA ceremony requires REAL ID.
• Vehicular access to the Naval Academy requires a CAAC card, DBIDS card, or retired military ID.
• Guests are recommended to take the shuttle buses from designated parking areas onto the Yard to minimize congestion at the gates and around Alumni Hall.
• Business professional for the ceremony and banquet dinner.
• Gameday attire is welcome for those attending the football game versus UAB.
