Two regular meetings of the Trustees shall be held each year, one in the fall and one in the spring. The dates of these meetings will be announced at least six months in advance. A meeting booklet containing the agenda, read-ahead materials and issues to be voted on will be provided to all Trustees for their perusal in advance of a regular meeting. The Foundation operates on a fiscal year of 1 July to 30 June.
