Fred is the President of Wash-Ops, LLC, which assists businesses trying to grow their presence in Federal markets.  Prior to establishing Wash-Ops, LLC, Fred held positions as Vice President for Federal Strategy, Business Development, or commercial roles at three fortune 500 companies – Alcoa, Arconic, and Siemens Government Technologies. 
A designated Naval Aviator, Surface Warfare Officer, and Navy Diver, Fred received his commission from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He subsequently earned an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the College of Naval Command and Staff.  
Fred holds leadership positions on several boards including: National Capital Council of the Navy League, National Defense Industrial Association – Washington DC Chapter, and Air Force Association – National Capital Council. As the son of a career Foreign Service Officer, he lived in Panama, Ghana, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Brazil and is conversant in Spanish and Portuguese. Fred is married to the former Melanie Anne Morrow of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and they are blessed with three grown children - Brianna, Andrew and Annie Laurie.
