Legacy of Valor Speaker Series Continues

Join us on 19 October at 11 a.m. ET in the Fluegel Alumni Center as Maj Thomas Rychlik ’79, USMC (Ret.), honors the heroism and sacrifice of three alumni during the Battle of Midway. Among them is LCDR Lance E. Massey ’30, USN, whose valor as a torpedo bomber played a crucial role in securing a pivotal victory for the U.S. Navy. Register online at the Fall Speaker Series event. Cost is $5 per person and seating is limited.

As part of the USNAAA&F’s commemoration of the 80th anniversary of D-Day, a roundtable discussion was held in the Fluegel Alumni Center on 25 April. This event was an opportunity to honor the service and sacrifice of the Greatest Generation. It also highlighted the critical contributions Naval Academy alumni made to help the Allies win the Pacific campaign during World War II.
