Our Mission

The U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation are two independent not-for-profit corporations operating as one fully integrated enterprise in support of the Naval Academy and its mission. Together—through engagement and philanthropy—we serve as a unified force, focused on strengthening the bonds among alumni, supporting the Brigade and sustaining the Academy’s legacy of leadership.

As an enterprise, we are composed of three interdependent arms: the ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, the FOUNDATION, and the ATHLETIC & SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS. Each fulfills a distinct mission, aligned under one ENTERPRISE MISSION.

This guiding purpose drives all that we do—ensuring our alumni and midshipmen are empowered to lead lives of impact, in and out of uniform.
