In May 2021, the serving Chair, Mid-Atlantic Region Trustee and Western Region Trustee of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association Board of Trustees will complete their current terms of office. Nominations for Chair have been extended through 01 March 2021.

Section 4.5(b) of the Bylaws states as follows: “Any regular member may propose candidates to the nominating committee to be considered for the positions of the Chair.”

A nominating committee has been formed pursuant to Section 4.5(a) of the Bylaws to find and recommend to the Board a candidate for the Chair position. Proposed candidates must be regular members of the Alumni Association who have expressed a willingness to serve as a Trustee.

In order to improve our commitment to better alumni inclusion on the Board of Trustees we hope this call for nominations inspires you to become more involved and champion diversity.
