Leadership Education and Development

The Naval Academy aims to expand the leadership learning environment by integrating leadership education and experiential learning.  By targeting the Academy's traditional leadership training and education programs, and developing ways to provide outcomes that demonstrate deeper learning, the Academy will be better able to graduate leaders prepared for today's complex and challenging operational environment.
