Each year, the Alumni Association proudly recognizes the outstanding efforts of its volunteer-led communities through the Distinguished Chapter and Distinguished Parent Club Awards. These honors celebrate chapters and parent clubs that have demonstrated exceptional engagement, leadership and impact within the local Naval Academy network. Recipients are announced at the annual Volunteer Leader Summit.

We are grateful for your dedication and encourage you to share your accomplishments for a chance to be recognized!

Chapters are encouraged to submit a nomination to be considered for the 2024 Distinguished Chapter Award. Links to the submission form and instructions will be available no later than November.  Submissions will be accepted through 15 January 2026, and winning parent clubs will be announced at the 2026 Volunteer Leader Summit.

2024 Distinguished Chapters: Columbus Chapter, Hampton Roads Chapter, Las Vegas Chapter, Tulsa Chapter.

2023 Distinguished Chapters: Columbus (OH), Greater Washington DC, Hampton Roads, Oregon/Southwest Washington, Quantico Area, San Diego, Tampa Bay, Triangle (NC), and Tulsa.

2022 Distinguished Chapters: Tulsa, Triangle (NC), Tampa Bay, San Diego, North Texas, Quantico Area, and Columbus (OH).

Submissions will be accepted through 15 January 2026, and winning parent clubs will be announced at the 2026 Volunteer Leader Summit in late March 2026.
