Ian Cameron graduated with the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 2012. At the Naval Academy, Ian served as class president and was a member of the sprint football team, the men’s Glee Club and the 25th Company Bearsharks.

After graduation, Ian studied Middle Eastern history and culture at the University of Oxford as a Marshall Scholar. Ian served eight years as a Marine infantry and reconnaissance officer with operational deployments to the South Pacific and Afghanistan.

Ian is an operations and go-to-market leader for technology startups and currently serves as the vice president of operations for Treeswift which uses drones and machine learning to monitor forests for timber and carbon development.
