On September 23, 2019 Jayne Chittom Barrett; beloved wife of the late Ernest Robert Barrett; devoted mother of Elizabeth Lacouture and her husband John, Stephanie Branch and her late husband Christopher. Also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Interment in the United States Naval Academy will be held at a later date.
