James John Masterson, age 67, of Boca Raton, Florida passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019. James was born in Bronx, New York on December 1, 1951 to the late, James and Eileen Masterson. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Jeanne Masterson (Engler). James will be lovingly remembered by his family, including children, Kathryn Masterson, Jennifer (James) Whittle, James John Masterson; grandson, Bay Bentman. In 1973 James graduated from the Naval Academy. Following graduation he served as a Naval Officer from 1973-1980. He was a computer engineer for IBM. He was a volunteer for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. James was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. The Visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida. The Funeral Mass will take place 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida, celebrant, Rev. George Kodiyanthara O.C.D. Entombment will follow the Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
