Robert Walter McIntosh, 89, of Moss Point, MS passed away on August 1, 2018. Robert was born on October 31, 1928 to Kinross and Eva Lee McIntosh. Robert graduated in 1945 from Moss Point High School and then attended Marion Military Institute, US Naval Academy and the University of Mississippi. Robert was a manager for Pascagoula Moss Point Bank, a Vice President and manager for Hancock Bank, and Singing River Federal Credit Union. He was a member of Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. He enjoyed being involved in YMBC in Moss Point and volunteering with Singing River Auxiliary. Robert is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Margaret Bond. Robert is survived by his wife, Joan Gentile McIntosh, who he was married to for 62 wonderful years. He is also survived by their two sons, David McIntosh, of Moss Point, and Craig McIntosh of Carthage, MS ;three grandchildren, Tyler McIntosh of Jackson, Meghan McIntosh and Jessica McIntosh both of Carthage; sister-in-law, Joy McGary of Pascagoula; numerous other relatives and great friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday August 4, 2018 at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church from 10:00-11:00am. Funeral Mass service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be at Griffin Cemetery in Moss Point. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society. Condolences may be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com.
