NEONAP Tailgate Party for Notre Dame game: We have reserved space at Damons on Rockside road for the tailgate against Notre Dame Sat. November 7. Officers meeting will be at 1:15 and then set up for raffle etc. Game time is 2:30. We encourage all Navy fans to bring/wear spirit wear. All friends and family are welcome to join us for the festivities!
