18Jun13 - Capt. Hal Deaver Wood On Wednesday, June 12, 2013, Captain Hal Deaver Wood, USNR (Ret.), formerly of Towson, MD, passed away. He was a 1954 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and retired from the Navy as a Captain in April of 1988. He lived in Towson, MD from 1960 to 1997 where he worked as an engineer for Bendix/Allied Signal. His first wife, Martha Kemp Wood of Towson, MD died in 1995.
