Maybe we can post this as a “can-you-name-any-of-these-characters” challenge.

In 1969, we organized ourselves as a Class of 1955 ‘disorganized’ chapter of anyone in the Washington-Annapolis area.

Everyone in the picture is 1955, many assigned to the Pentagon but others from elsewhere in the DC area.

This may have been our first (maybe last, as well) meeting.  I guess I was the organizer—that’s why the Air Force venue.  On the other hand, I do remember organizing a barge canal party down in Georgetown and a few other gatherings.

[The reason I charged for the affair ($3.25) was because we were trying to raise money for a new airplane or something.]

Two photos were provided by Jerry - both very large TIF image files.  The first is untouched of the whole group and the second is touched up to assign numbers to faces at my request. Both image files were resized for Web use. Can anyone identify the unidentified? Email me or the listserve and I will update the captions.

Good grief! There I am in the back rank with my head against the left side of the picture frame. I had completely forgotten about the event.
