"San Diego area classmates gathered at Dick and Lavon Jones home to enjoy watching the Army game. In attendance were Bill BALL, Tom BOUCHER, Roger & Joy COFFEY, Ned FLOYD, George JOHNSON, Dick & Lavon JONES, Don & Evelyn KNEPPER, Al MACDIARMID with Jean Young, and Tom SHINE. Al MacDiarmid and Jean Young came from Benson, AZ.  As always, Dick and Lavon were perfect hosts.  All enjoyed the game and the camaraderie. "
