Bed and Breakfast
The site for the best B&B in Annapolis is scotlaurinn.com and is located up Main Street a few minutes walk from the dock.  Go on the website and see the rooms.  Big hotel with parking in the public garage nearby.  This place is an Annapolis institution.

Helpful arrangements through sponsors and friends

My recommendation is to look for a house that you could get through a sponsor or friend. I did it with Annapolis Accommodations and I asked my son's sponsor to take care of it, thinking that she
could get me something very nice but I was not happy. Look at the house yourself. You will be surprised to know that you can get a beautiful home for $3,000 when you don't get this with Annapolis Accommodations. I was lucky that we had a party for my son and three of his friends from the same company in one of the beautiful homes. It was inexpensive, great, and everybody had fun. At the end, it was OK except for the house. Good luck.

Annapolis Accomodations - Rental Service Agency
We used Annapolis Accomodations and got a house very close to the yard. Easy 10 min. walk. So nice not to have to worry about parking etc. Our son picked us up for Supe's Party and Church. The house was on Thompson St. in a very nice neighborhood. Nice patio, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Time-wise for me I appreciated Annapolis Accomadations and the ease in renting, checking in, etc. I thought their prices were competitive with other rentals we looked at. Their office is very close to the yard. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Business associate networking
I stayed in a home owned by Jeff Balko, a business associate of mine, when my son graduated in 2003. It would comfortably sleep 12. There are three bedrooms (maybe four) and a large finished basement. Several couches.

He is interested to rent next year to the right party.

Room for 12

You could squeeze in 12 with blow up beds, but you would need to be cozy with bathroom arrangements.  The yard is a nice size and the kitchen is workable, but not what you are used to at home.  We paid $2800 for Saturday to the following Sunday.

If you were satisfied with your accommodations, would you mind sending me contact info about the home you selected? We need a place in which we may squeeze a dozen.
