What is an Ensign Box?

The Ensign box contains the pins, ribbons (the colored strips they wear on the chests of the uniforms), shoulder boards, hat insignia, medals, cuff links, tie bars, and all other attachable items for the various uniforms an Ensign would wear (whites, khakis, mess dress, etc). These items are different from what they wear as Midshipmen.
