HOTELS

REUNION COMMITTEE

The Westin at Taylor Ave Circle and West Street was blocked at $289/night for a 2 night minimum, but that rate was only good if you reserved the room by 25 July.  If you didn't get my first 7 mass e-mails telling you to make your reservations prior to 25 July, I apologize.  You can go to www.westinannapolis.com and see what they have available.  You might be better off calling the reservations line and identifying yourself as a member of the Class of '97 for better pricing.  No guarantees.  As of 20 September there were only 32 members from the Class of '97 that had made reservations there.

I want to thank all the volunteers who assisted in putting this together.

REUNION WEEKEND SELECTION COMMITTEE

  Jeffrey  Kolstad Walker
    Jack Pritchett
The DoubleTree Annapolis had a block of 20 rooms at $169 night for a two night booking. Call them at 410-224-3150 or 800-266-7631 and ask for the Class of 1997 Block. Their POC is Trent Nance.   Cauldon Dean Quinn

They were the first three people to e-mail me asking when the reunion was so they were duly appointed to put their heads together and select a weekend for the event.  Its actually harder than it sounds with juggling venue availability with wants and desires a year in advance.

And to all who volunteered to help out during the reunion weekend.  Thank you all -Wags
