Gather In Oxnard, CA
| Ray Medeiros organized
a Dark Ages Party on Friday, 18 February, at the Capastrano Restaurant
in the Mandalay Bay Embassy Suites, Oxnard, CA, for classmates in the
Channel Islands area and beyond. Dining in the Wine Room were Ned
and Lynne Floyd, Ed and Celina McHale, Ray Medeiros with Barbara
Obinger, Burt Munger, Wally and Peggy Olsen, and Norm and Pinky
Palladino. Everyone had a great time. Ray, Barbara and Burt
reported about their adventures at the Emerald Bowl. Barbara
brought back "Navy goat" flower pots from the game for all couples. "Dark Ages" was an appropriate name for this party as Southern California is breaking historical rain records and has seen little sun in the past several weeks. |
