"Dick and Lavon JONES hosted Class members in the greater San Diego area for the Army-Navy game.  The game was most enjoyable.  Many of Dick and Lavon's children, assisted by their spouses, helped prepare an elaborate brunch spread.  Dick and Lavon's son, Steve Barnes, was our gourmet chef.  Dick and Lavon could have served gruel and it would not have dampened the merriment of the occasion.  Other classmates in attendance included Tom BOUCHER, Roger and Jo COFFEY, Joe and Leslie DANIEL, Ned FLOYD, Charles HAGEE, Sandy Henry, George JOHNSON, Pat Kenney, Jack MORRA, Bob PRICE, Tom SHINE, Hugh and Peggy WEBSTER, and Bob and Karen WEIR.  Thank you Dick and Lavon.  Thank you Big Blue Team.  Carry on '06."
