The Puget Sound Chapter was fortunate to have Captain Margaret D. Klein '81, Commandant of Midshipmen, as our guest and speaker at dinner on March 25. She spoke on a wide range of topics from the quality of today's Midshipmen (the vast majority are outstanding) to her role in the conduct system.
Captain Klein also commented on the transfer of two 44-foot sailboats from USNA to the University of Washington Navy Sailing Program. The University of Washington and the Washington State Parent's Club were well represented at the dinner. We had a total attendance of 82 - a great turnout on short notice.
