  1. Methods to subscribe to the USNAPhil eMail Service
    1. To subscribe to eMail sent by Philadelphia Board Members, send an eMail from the receiving address to
      USNAPhil_Mail-on@nni.com
      (NOTE-you do not need to put anything in the subject line or text area of the eMail)

    2. To UN-subscribe to eMail sent by Philadelphia Board Members, send an eMail from the receiving address to
      USNAPhil_Mail-off@nni.com
      (NOTE-you do not need to put anything in the subject line or text area of the eMail)

    3. To receive a Weekly "Summary" eMail sent by Philadelphia Board Members, send an eMail from the receiving address to
      USNAPhil_Mail-index@nni.com
      (NOTE-you do not need to put anything in the subject line or text area of the eMail)

    4. NOTE:   These are the only three (3) methods to receive mail. You can only have one method at any one time. You change the method at any time. You can have mail sent to as many addresses as you want by following the instructions above for each eMail address.

  2. How to read Weekly "Summary" eMail sent during the last 30 days
    1. If you sign up for the Weekly "Summary" method in step I-C above, you will receive a summary message similar to this.
    2. To read each piece of mail listed in the Summary, you will need to log on to the Summary Mail Server at http://mail.nni.com/Lists/

    3. To logon to the Summary Mail Server, your User ID is the full email address that is subscribed to the mailing list. Your password is the Confirmation ID (password) that you received when you subscribed to the mailing list. If you don't have this Confirmation ID (password), simply send an eMail from your subscribed eMail address to
      USNAPhil_Mail-confirm@nni.com
      (NOTE-you do not need to put anything in the subject line or text area of the eMail)
