June 10th Wednesday – Luncheon, 11:30am Paul Evan, Policy Advisor to Governor Kulongoski - Paul is the Policy Advisor for Emergency Management, Veterans and Military Affairs. Paul chaired the Governor's Task Force on Veterans Affairs that examined the state of veterans in Oregon and developed policy initiatives for legislative action. Paul is a Major in the Oregon National Guard, and he has completed multiple OEF and OIF deployments. See a more complete bio here.
